Mixed Vegetable Curry

This blog´s very first dish is nicely presented by Pritam :)
Prateek was the chef.. and of course we were there to help and have lots of fun!
Recipe
Grind 3 onions together with 3/4 pieces of garlic and a small piece of ginger.
Cut 4 medium potatoes, 1 carrot and 4 tomatoes in small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add onions for 2/3 minutes, add 1 tea spoon of turmeric and Kasoori Methi.
Add the potatoes and carrot for 15 minutes in low/medium heat. Then add the onions/garlic and ginger paste followed by the tomatoes and peas. Add salt.
Keep in low heat for 10 more minutes.
Serve with Indian bread and basmati rice just like Pritam suggested.
We had some red wine from La Rioja and it was a wonderful choice!
